COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hsb Automation 110-SSS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hurco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hydro-line product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hurco such as the 4150055003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISASXMA608150T1AQ manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HR5A325X16 by Manufacturer Hydro-line as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand RCP3SA5C142P6150P1MCJT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hydro-line such as LR2L25X24 equipment made by Hydro-line have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hydro-line products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hydro-line" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EDN made by Hycon as well as the popular DSCRSA5I203200RBN24SP original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EDS by Hydac-Electronics and LR2L25X24 spares by Hydro-line are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 111A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hubbell. |
