COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meggitt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leuze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the LV21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 444582000121 manufactured by Meggitt and we are pleased to be able to service most Meggitt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 220014111X169 by Manufacturer Leuze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Merlin Brand NSF250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lumenite such as WFLTVSM2011 equipment made by Lumenite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lumenite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lumenite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CQ1500A made by Kokusai as well as the popular IB30 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K8004 by Ics and WFLTVSM2011 spares by Lumenite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze.
