COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horsburgh 240DSPL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Camco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flender product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Camco such as the 400RA8H24120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3805044132 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44559030021001 by Manufacturer Flender as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 300MDX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yale such as 41458LR equipment made by Yale have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yale products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yale" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4RP60 made by Dayton as well as the popular 41511265TD original spares produced by Reeves Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325A1 by Falk and 41458LR spares by Yale are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 520020M170 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Goodyear. |
