COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horner HESX1183400A1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iwk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fujitsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the L5392L5311LinkstationM2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IWKAPCS900 manufactured by Iwk and we are pleased to be able to service most Iwk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N8601604T052 by Manufacturer Fujitsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dfi Brand KS450154000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as IONTU1010 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMI8070 made by Ormec as well as the popular IC503174310100 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWS120EC by Nematron and IONTU1010 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JZRCRNPP011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
