COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horner HE800DIM410A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stn product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMJV01ADE6ESGDVR90A01B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV35151MA32 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 271135562 by Manufacturer Stn as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGM7J04AFC6ESGD7S2R8A00A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weiniview such as TK6100iV5WV equipment made by Weiniview have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weiniview products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weiniview" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP4301TWPFXGP4301TADW made by Proface as well as the popular NT31CST143V3 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES71511AB050AB0 by Siemens and TK6100iV5WV spares by Weiniview are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
