COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horner HE693OIU177 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Total-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Navitwin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hach such as the LXG4029900021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS120064NTB manufactured by Total-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Total-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NavitwinIV4994RevBSperryMarine by Manufacturer Navitwin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand HMK229303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gould such as MAP964000 equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMIG3U made by Schneider as well as the popular ICI5350140C8461 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HG2G5ST22VFS by Idec and MAP964000 spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HM15104T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maple-Systems. |
