COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horner HE5000CS300H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dt-Kalish products, including obsoleted and phased-out Komatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dbi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dt-Kalish such as the MD020329 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDP3640ECA23GF manufactured by Komatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Komatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3300P by Manufacturer Dbi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand IC610PER151D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hart such as HIMHART2A024DC equipment made by Hart have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hart products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hart" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LS200192A101 made by Dise-Instruments as well as the popular MD03R020045 original spares produced by Uniop Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HG3G8JT22MFW by Idec and HIMHART2A024DC spares by Hart are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KBDCPXDOSV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
