COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horner Electric, General Electric, Fanuc HE693THM880G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hypertherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCPSA6IH600NG1M1SUSRSP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 128407 manufactured by Hypertherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Hypertherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCP2RSAAPM10150P1MBFL by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hsb-Automation Brand 80CPZSD32AT10210300690AZ10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by I.p.s. such as C520CUSTOM0001 equipment made by I.p.s. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire I.p.s. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "I.p.s." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RCP2SS8CI56P20300P1X10 made by Iai as well as the popular HB7595 original spares produced by Hubbell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AME1600 by Husqvarna and C520CUSTOM0001 spares by I.p.s. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AW00166519 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Htc. |
