COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horizon CJL3400EF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Corman-Arcnet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the CM20MD24H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DIS20500160 manufactured by Fmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTN108 by Manufacturer Corman-Arcnet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand CM200HA24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as CM400DU24NF equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM10MDL12H made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CP9200H original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM1000HA66H by Mitsubishi and CM400DU24NF spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DGP54BACA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Multilin. |
