COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horiba NO5-III parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kongsberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kyowa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kongsberg such as the MB158S186K15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 808A manufactured by Kyowa and we are pleased to be able to service most Kyowa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LRZH500CP by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand CT301200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as ET30750 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MX1BB12R6L made by Idec as well as the popular FG0GTT0240F15D original spares produced by Kay-ray/sensall

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 460SF00061 by Lantech and ET30750 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UI5240SEMGL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ids.
