COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell YSTR12D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Htm-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hypertherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Htm-Electronics such as the RFS4TZV75 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40284 manufactured by Hypertherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Hypertherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISPDACRSI608100T1MAQB by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hubbell Brand FPR012SCM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hypertherm such as 60216 equipment made by Hypertherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hypertherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hypertherm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ISMXM20100900N2 made by Iai as well as the popular ISSYM16 original spares produced by Ia Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 128856 by Huttinger-Elektronik and 60216 spares by Hypertherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LR2L25X24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hydro-line. |
