COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell XP500PS1C1G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hydac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lucas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hydac such as the 1792P250000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LBB375TA100 manufactured by Lucas and we are pleased to be able to service most Lucas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XT8003SSSSC14243300NR by Manufacturer Gems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand CMF200M352NU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mazak such as OSE10243 equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mazak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mazak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available optoNCDT made by Micro as well as the popular 1700R13ABUEZZZ original spares produced by Micromotion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XGH100C by Keyence and OSE10243 spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original O1D300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Efector. |
