COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell T915C-1407 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schlemmer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sharp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E5CSR1KJUW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J49U012SL6HN31 manufactured by Schlemmer and we are pleased to be able to service most Schlemmer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JW262S by Manufacturer Sharp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C500NC211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optimation-Optilogic such as OL2408 equipment made by Optimation-Optilogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optimation-Optilogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optimation-Optilogic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MVI94GSCE made by Prosoft as well as the popular E5EFA02TC original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EP02020A07 by Onecomm-Spacelink and OL2408 spares by Optimation-Optilogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original REXP300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rkc. |
