COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell STF128-R2H-01530-LP.S1.TC.F1C3-814F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Htm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mayr product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Htm such as the HSC43036 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LX2110W manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 48911241SO by Manufacturer Mayr as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand CMF100M330NU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as GLR20HT equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4475A5000000 made by Hydac as well as the popular 490501330887000 original spares produced by Leed's Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FWV25P by Keyence and GLR20HT spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GHM510551R250 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ideacod. |
