COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell STF128-R2H-01530-LP.S1.TC.F1C3-814D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler-Toledo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ifm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the 2400S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 230271 manufactured by Mettler-Toledo and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler-Toledo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2057 by Manufacturer Ifm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leed's Brand 4801010311088208 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromotion such as 1700R11ABUEZZZ equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T85850MP45G102 made by Kubler as well as the popular 59LGU050 original spares produced by Melles Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 232510 by Magna-lastic and 1700R11ABUEZZZ spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IFT9701R6D3U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion. |
