COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell R7351B 1005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the H7CXR11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMC0222E1A manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3G2A5IM212 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand DC200L00001000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Line-Seiki such as G48305C equipment made by Line-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Line-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Line-Seiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7250 made by Luxtron as well as the popular QD75D1 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18207944 by Sew-Eurodrive and G48305C spares by Line-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASJ200001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
