COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell NXS0100B1001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kodak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the CR06250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 943848 manufactured by Kodak and we are pleased to be able to service most Kodak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDC012N050CDS0102FW by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand 11279894 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Impulse such as CIMRG5U40P7 equipment made by Impulse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Impulse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Impulse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VS025410AL0000 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular DSSV1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TBM11020W1115 by Indramat and CIMRG5U40P7 spares by Impulse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NR4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
