COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell M640A1147 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Witenstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron-/-David-Brown product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Witenstein such as the LP070M013111000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M2504T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M0332200BENU1A25B by Manufacturer Textron-/-David-Brown as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mannesmann-Dematic-Ag Brand KBA90B8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Demag such as KBA71A4 equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KS5DDYYYY052 made by Kuka as well as the popular JGRMEM02MSAD1 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M320SM0A1001AD by Gettys and KBA71A4 spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
