COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell HVFDSD3C0100G100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Idm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Idm such as the CIMRG5U20P7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC112C0ED4C130A0W1XXXS05 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDA331503L00W1 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand BDS5A1060101003011A2030Rev1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Irt such as 4009 equipment made by Irt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Irt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Irt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 815W112236TTC made by Jamesbury as well as the popular HVFDCD3C0050F01 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDS022A100BE1201FW by Indramat and 4009 spares by Irt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDS022W015BE1201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
