COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell HVFDSD3A0100G100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the XSELJ11001N1EEE52 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VS007420AN0000 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090C0G04C7110A0WI5337S001 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand HDS022W040NHT170 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as HZP022W025N equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 266805 made by Indramat as well as the popular HE3A100 original spares produced by Ite Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 51304069100 by Honeywell and HZP022W025N spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS4A206J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
