COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell FDAP2 51198665-200REVE E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JANCDFC2001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC620ALG021A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC697CPX935 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand GV3000EACO44AADBU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Epsilon such as ILD1800100CONTROLLER equipment made by Micro-Epsilon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Epsilon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Epsilon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC693MDL753D made by Fanuc as well as the popular FN3359HV40099 original spares produced by Schaffner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC693ALG222C by Fanuc and ILD1800100CONTROLLER spares by Micro-Epsilon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JANCDCG26HDF8202775C0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
