COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell DR45AT-1000-00-101-0-100000-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ivek-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the DS1050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS20004AYTZP manufactured by Ivek-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ivek-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSC1616E by Manufacturer Delta-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lenze-Americas Brand EVF8602E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moog such as G7613600B equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ETVS40510CTADS made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular EHST3FVE40 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC752WFC572FC by Fanuc and G7613600B spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FZ230510 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
