COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell DC3003-0-000-1-C300-0111 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Huttinger-Trumpf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hypertherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hsb-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Huttinger-Trumpf such as the C40086401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40165 manufactured by Hypertherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Hypertherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Beta70CZSS32AT5E75490850AKAZ11ES104BL0 by Manufacturer Hsb-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Horizon Brand CC3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Htm-Electronics such as RFS4TZV75 equipment made by Htm-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Htm-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Htm-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ENS made by Hydac as well as the popular BLS0024 original spares produced by Horizon-Tech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HELX300C100AB by Horner and RFS4TZV75 spares by Htm-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
