COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell 365754-8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tigear-/-Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out --enter-Your-Own-- parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tigear-/-Baldor such as the 20A15R14SL500FHVEM3554T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35W1165352G1 manufactured by --enter-Your-Own-- and we are pleased to be able to service most --enter-Your-Own-- systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1Z49101 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Norgren Brand 24929500201G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 35S20L equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2418841318 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 24A4BEPMD3 original spares produced by Bodine Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FT61058AF714AE1 by Siemens and 35S20L spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35W062W748G1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
