COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Honeywell 30750990-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711PT12C10D1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV66715AE000AX0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A05B2490C172 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMGV44ADC6CSGDV330A01A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Crt-Solutions such as E2759B3139 equipment made by Crt-Solutions have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crt-Solutions products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crt-Solutions" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NV3WMG40 made by Omron as well as the popular 8040M original spares produced by Fagor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DOPB07E415 by Delta and E2759B3139 spares by Crt-Solutions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA102A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Samkoon. |
