COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hoffman HOFFMAN CPFP5560 16242 ALUMINUM FRONT PA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the LUT1410 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INICT13A manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC800SSI228RD2BE by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bonitron Brand M334544SMF0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as IC3606SPCC1F equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IS200CABPG1BAA made by Ge as well as the popular KCP1500105201 original spares produced by Kuka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC695CPU320HN by Fanuc and IC3606SPCC1F spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ID101F50E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
