COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hoffman G520816G150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JANCDCG24DF8203003RevCOC0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ILD1800100CONTROLLER manufactured by Micro-Epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IWS200 by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC695CRU320ENIC695CRU320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carrier such as HK50AA023 equipment made by Carrier have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carrier products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carrier" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JAD1210R2 made by Wattco as well as the popular GNT2009454R0001 original spares produced by Asea Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KD721KA1 by Zycron and HK50AA023 spares by Carrier are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G6313806B5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moog. |
