COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hoffman 3003-LPS-CI-Type Y or Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the HVFDSD3C0075G100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDM1230300W0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NXS0015A1007NXS0020J1000NXS0020A10 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand DKC0430407FW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as R911220672 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDA331503L00W1 made by Indramat as well as the popular NXS1500A100732006740023 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAC35100460L00W1220 by Indramat and R911220672 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS4A206J0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
