COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitech PWS3261-DTN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Xinje product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDVR70A11B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESVZAP0 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TGA62ET by Manufacturer Xinje as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Crt-Solutions Brand M34KWW30XX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS5217N510 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TOTOKUMDT1216 made by Mazak as well as the popular SQM20012225A original spares produced by Cincinnati Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC697CMM742GH by Ge and TS5217N510 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ServoDriveR88DWNA5HML2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
