COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi SJ100 380V 1.5KW SJ100- parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hydraulic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the SJ100380V22KWSJ100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VMY3125B5P manufactured by Hydraulic and we are pleased to be able to service most Hydraulic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLML3X040FW by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand HZP022W025N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as HDD022W040N equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVFDSD3A0050G100 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 265340 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3R99C153R99C15 by Ircon and HDD022W040N spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDC012K100ADA0201FW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
