COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi L300P-370HFU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the KZ300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDM14100300W10 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ700D055LFUF3 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand 277176 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Imagine such as WPC27SWWPC27CP20A equipment made by Imagine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Imagine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Imagine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDA11100300W1220 made by Indramat as well as the popular HDS032W100NHS1201F original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 281029 by Indramat and WPC27SWWPC27CP20A spares by Imagine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRG5U20P7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idm. |
