COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi L300P-370HBRM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the HVFDSD3A0150G100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TVM12050220300W0220380V manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 506071091 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Interpack Brand HSD2000EtII in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jordan-Controls such as SM15300124 equipment made by Jordan-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jordan-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jordan-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TPA2158406124205B495302A49 made by Industrial as well as the popular HDS031W075NHHDS31W075NH original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WCS900MS210A by Imagine and SM15300124 spares by Jordan-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R911221600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
