COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi KP-M1U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hyde products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hyde such as the SM556A400AS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CVS035CH manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IV500MA by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lebow Brand 363225K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hitachi such as KPM1U equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 22601 made by Industrial as well as the popular 69112054 original spares produced by Rockwell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3E97980C by Kitamura and KPM1U spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CT880ANU50100FX21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hy-cal.
