COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi IO-24A I0-24A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pribusin-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kmc-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD112DN040N2M130PB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IUC66SDGMCADVV12 manufactured by Pribusin-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Pribusin-Inc. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KMD5220 by Manufacturer Kmc-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD112BN030N2M130PB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harmonic such as MEDIADIRECTOR2102 equipment made by Harmonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harmonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harmonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD065BN040N2M095PB1 made by Indramat as well as the popular MACHINEGUARDSYSTEM original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCSE5OV by Lambda and MEDIADIRECTOR2102 spares by Harmonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M133H60A900L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gettys. |
