COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hitachi H20TR20B-1E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the THAUX61S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC2NSEUL24VACDCCONTACTOR manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEN00B202480A by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Shamrock Brand TC1D4011U6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as SZGSN11200 equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 62753111440008 made by Square-D as well as the popular LEN00B103208A original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA11364 by Square-D and SZGSN11200 spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LX1FH220 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
