COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hirschmann HSSM2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automation-Direct product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delem such as the DA56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT20SST161BV3 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OP1510 by Manufacturer Automation-Direct as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kep Brand PCA99B7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reo such as REOVIBMTS443 equipment made by Reo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC50ML00920A made by Beijer as well as the popular I80MDILONG original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ICC5000PC1 by Nematron and REOVIBMTS443 spares by Reo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 520M005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maple-Systems. |
