COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hirschmann BAT-ANT-N-MIMO5-9N-IP65 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hi-speed products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hi-tec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hi-speed such as the 5D01D0012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SJ100 manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWS3261FTN by Manufacturer Hi-tec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hohner Brand 070101020258 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Homag such as 00F50605A11 equipment made by Homag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Homag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Homag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HGH15CAZAC made by Hiwin as well as the popular 31609008 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPXCDXSO1SS by Honeywell and 00F50605A11 spares by Homag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 339750 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
