COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hirata HRM-008-100-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the GFQU08022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMTA02030H50VN2M manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA83NCSS by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand H33NRHBLNNNS00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gtr-/-Nissea such as FSM30100T020WA equipment made by Gtr-/-Nissea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gtr-/-Nissea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gtr-/-Nissea" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HH0252 made by Teco as well as the popular HCMF43BDUE original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FAZ87AM182WEGXPRF4TH by Sew and FSM30100T020WA spares by Gtr-/-Nissea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G527 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
