COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Himmelstein MCRT3960X2-3NN4000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metasys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amtech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metasys such as the MSNIE55110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPT090 manufactured by Amtech and we are pleased to be able to service most Amtech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PHA98004EA2YV by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand MPLB330PSK24AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MDD071CN030N2S095PB0 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PHF362000A680 made by Square-D as well as the popular OPC5515003AB original spares produced by Phoenix-Contact Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMDMCU04399001R00 by Fanuc and MDD071CN030N2S095PB0 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PG115020LB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside. |
