COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Himmelstein 538D-500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Homag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hk-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Homag such as the 12F5CBDYA50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0063915001 manufactured by Hk-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Hk-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 060425603TJG by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Homatic Brand 2083027010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as 946A4V2D2C065E equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVC20A made by Hitachi as well as the popular HW91852V4055E1016 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9307206 by Honeywell and 946A4V2D2C065E spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LSYAC4LAAFP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
