COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hi-tech Ltd MSU 63 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jordan-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the DDS021A200D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM17300387 manufactured by Jordan-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Jordan-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVFDSD3A0050G100 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand B606DD99TS268 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kay-Ray such as KAYRAYE07F2602ASSY equipment made by Kay-Ray have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kay-Ray products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kay-Ray" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TRANS01710P01 made by Indramat as well as the popular 247996 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A49302115100 by Honeywell and KAYRAYE07F2602ASSY spares by Kay-Ray are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXS0050B1001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
