COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hi Lo Mannufacturing MCW 90-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Horton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ina parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Imo-Industries product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Horton such as the MBUB1346 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCJTY50 manufactured by Ina and we are pleased to be able to service most Ina systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S404HK0127 by Manufacturer Imo-Industries as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ina Brand NA49092RSRXL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hytrol such as R94413738 equipment made by Hytrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hytrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hytrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4FXV00 made by Hydro-seal as well as the popular PASE40NFA106 original spares produced by Ina Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCJT40TVFA1255 by Ina and R94413738 spares by Hytrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCCJ25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ina. |
