COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hersey Protek Sure Threaded parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Axiomtek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK700E551340A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBC82810 manufactured by Axiomtek and we are pleased to be able to service most Axiomtek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R881110200 by Manufacturer Lem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand R538695 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as R45HEAAR2NSNV00 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QJ23B200 made by Siemens as well as the popular R978017757 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKKH13218E by Semikron and R45HEAAR2NSNV00 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q173CPU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
