COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Helm TPG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hetronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hiwin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 31079288 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC510RK4230 manufactured by Hetronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Hetronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KK8610C340 by Manufacturer Hiwin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Homag Brand 09F5A1DYA0E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hi-speed such as Micromate equipment made by Hi-speed have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LGR45H made by Hiwin as well as the popular BXN005P14 original spares produced by Hisaka

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2000PHH00 by Honeywell and Micromate spares by Hi-speed are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 04973X103332000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
