COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain ROD431.025 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Homag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Homatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Helm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Homag such as the 15F5GBEYA00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2083015004 manufactured by Homatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Homatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A10A8020 by Manufacturer Helm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hk-Systems Brand 0063915001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hirschmann-Belden such as RS22 equipment made by Hirschmann-Belden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hirschmann-Belden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hirschmann-Belden" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 202050 made by Hoerbiger as well as the popular 25EN521 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS35 by Heitronics and RS22 spares by Hirschmann-Belden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HGR25R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hiwin. |
