COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain PGM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hetronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 30755399 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC300HN480115 manufactured by Hetronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Hetronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 06002390420 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hitachi Brand RAM48H7J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hiwin such as MGN12H equipment made by Hiwin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hiwin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hiwin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LMS7DL made by Hiwin as well as the popular A265945 original spares produced by Hi-speed Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2083028148 by Homag and MGN12H spares by Hiwin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P3800120000001524 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hoerbiger-Origa. |
