COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain LCD15-0134 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hoerbiger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Homag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hoerbiger such as the 2120X19BM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 060F65001001 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15F5GBEYA00 by Manufacturer Homag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 30754916001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hepco such as 35AX06SP600 equipment made by Hepco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hepco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hepco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A3003YZVM made by Hoffman as well as the popular HGW25HC original spares produced by Hinwa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ROD426B07 by Heidenhain and 35AX06SP600 spares by Hepco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ROD4269000103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
