COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain LCD10-075 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Holland-Case products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Holland-Case such as the 7522008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51402615800 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 51401286100 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 51201475100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Herkules-Controls-Corp such as HCC1003 equipment made by Herkules-Controls-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Herkules-Controls-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Herkules-Controls-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2083028143 made by Homatic as well as the popular 5V42K25M1 original spares produced by Heynau Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4DEI by Honeywell and HCC1003 spares by Herkules-Controls-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIF7R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
