COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain EXE605S5F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Winstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Winstar such as the WG1286ATFHNR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE693BEM310 manufactured by Horner and we are pleased to be able to service most Horner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT3Q5MW by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MDSBSPJ204 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sonstige such as TS3MNCSTL3500CHCAPUSB equipment made by Sonstige have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sonstige products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sonstige" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT1575STBA made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular FNX16TS41 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M34KNZ080X07 by Crt-Solutions and TS3MNCSTL3500CHCAPUSB spares by Sonstige are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HG1X252RevB1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idec. |
