COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Heidenhain EXE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heldt--Rossi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hirschmann product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 06061820302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10126 manufactured by Heldt--Rossi and we are pleased to be able to service most Heldt--Rossi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS216 by Manufacturer Hirschmann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hiwin Brand LGR45H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heneng such as PS2060MPa equipment made by Heneng have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heneng products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heneng" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35AX06SP2 made by Hepco as well as the popular HC510RK8230 original spares produced by Hetronik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ROD426100003S1203 by Heidenhain and PS2060MPa spares by Heneng are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H20K1000003100350 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hoerbiger-Origa.
